Eligibility

You must be attending the event, meet LinkedIn's current minimum age, and use your own eligible LinkedIn account.

Your permission

Joining authorizes Scan2Link to show your name, public LinkedIn profile link, exact group, and profile QR to all authorized event participants and on the in-person room display. You may leave the wall at any time.

LinkedIn actions

Scan2Link does not send invitations. Opening a profile does not mean a connection was requested or completed. Each member acts manually on LinkedIn.

Event boundary

Your card is visible to authorized participants while the event remains available, including after its scheduled end if the organizer retains it. Events are kept permanently by default unless the organizer selects automatic deletion. You may leave the wall to hide your card at any time.

Organizer access

Event organizers may request a private editing link at the organizer email saved with the event. Editing links are short-lived, management sessions are event-specific, and access to the organizer inbox is treated as authority to edit that event.

Appropriate use

Do not copy, scrape, republish, harass, impersonate, or misuse another participant's information. Event organizers may remove access or profile cards to protect participants or the event.

Service availability

Scan2Link is provided for event networking and may be changed, suspended, or ended when reasonably necessary for operations, security, or legal compliance.
