Eligibility

You must be registered for the camp, meet LinkedIn's current minimum age, and use your own eligible LinkedIn account.

Your permission

Joining authorizes Scan2Link to show your name, public LinkedIn profile link, exact group, and profile QR through July 24, 2026 to the audience you select: your group or all authorized event participants. The in-person room display includes only cards shared with everybody. You may change this selection at any time.

LinkedIn actions

Scan2Link does not send invitations. Opening a profile does not mean a connection was requested or completed. Each member acts manually on LinkedIn.

Event boundary

Display authorization expires with the event. You may withdraw and remove your profile card earlier.

Appropriate use

Do not copy, scrape, republish, harass, impersonate, or misuse another participant's information. Event organizers may remove access or profile cards to protect participants or the event.

Service availability

Scan2Link is provided for event networking and may be changed, suspended, or ended when reasonably necessary for operations, security, or legal compliance.
